You’re in for the Revision Kickstart Workshop!!

Check your email for a confirmation from Zoom and a welcome email from me!

I’ll see you for Day One on May 18th!

You know you need to revise.

You even have a vague idea of what you should be fixing in your manuscript, but somehow it still feels impossible.

Let me know if this sounds familiar…

✅ You love your story, but you have no idea if anyone else will.

✅ You know a ton about what you should be doing, but somehow you can’t bring it to life on the page.

✅ You’re worried that everything you’ve tried so far is just making things worse.

✅ You want your story to be great, but you also want it to be yours, and you’re worried revision will destroy everything you love about your book.

You can write an amazing book, no matter how messy your draft is right now.

You just need a clear path forward.

When you understand who you’re writing for, you no longer have to worry about making everyone in the world happy (spoiler alert: you can’t).

When you understand your book’s specific job, every decision becomes clearer.

When you have a simple, strategic process, your writing sessions no longer feel like a battle.

That’s why I created: The Revision Kickstart.

This free 3-day workshop is designed to help you overcome the most common revision pitfalls I see as a dev editor & book coach—so you can start revising your novel with confidence.

Over the course of 3 days, we’ll walk through a proven framework that helps you:

✅ Establish a vision for your book.

✅ Understand what readers expect from you.

✅ Set a clear, specific goal for revision.

✅ Focus on your vision of success, not some generic idea of what “good” writing looks like.

Hi, I’m Olivia, and I help writers!

Once upon a time, I was an English & Reading teacher, trying my best to turn struggling students into confident writers.

Then, I started writing fiction and realized that everything I was teaching my students was the opposite of what professional writers were actually doing to succeed.

Now, I help fiction writers unlearn the misconceptions keeping them stuck and master the skills that actually matter to their success.

After helping over 50 writers as a dev editor and book coach, I’m sharing what I’ve learned so you can avoid the revision pitfalls that keep too many writers stuck.

You don’t need another info session that leaves you scrambling to check all the boxes so you can write the “perfect” book.

I’m not just going to share a bunch of free tips and send you on your way. This is a hands-on workshop; pen or pencil required (okay, just kidding, you can type).

Whether you just finished drafting or have already tried and failed to revise multiple times, this workshop will help kick-start your revisions so you can confidently create a book you’re proud to share with the world.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

Here’s what my past students have to say…

You get a gem in Olivia. She is a natural educator as well as a genuine and experienced support system for each writer, no matter how different their projects. Despite my moving more slowly due to outside distractions, she has remained a source of inspiration and a fount of knowledge. Her attitude encourages me to keep moving forward.
